Yoga
Along the way, I discovered my passion for yoga. It took me to places of calm like nothing else could; being in a class would transform my personality and I’d leave feeling different than I came in – nicer and more comfortable in my own skin. So over 17 years ago, when my yoga teacher suggested I do my teacher training, I jumped on that train – or, more accurately, plane – and landed in India. That was one pivotal choice that changed the trajectory of my life.
Yoga always been the element in my life that’s bound everything together. Yoga actually means “union”, which for me is so fitting because it’s always been the glue – the foundation upon which all my other interests sit. I can’t imagine my life without it.
